We did not set out to build another development on the shoreline. We set out to bring the shoreline into the city — to let water flow through its center, between homes and markets, past galleries and gardens, so that everyday life happens at the water’s edge.
That intent demanded discipline. Before a canal was dredged, the sea was studied and its corals moved with care. Every one of the 181 plots is defined within a masterplan coherent enough to protect the value of the whole — for the investors who build with us, and for the city that will live here.
We are not selling land. We are extending a coastline — and we will remain its steward long after the last plot is built.
